Shipping policy

1. Shipping Availability

  • We currently ship only within India. International shipping is not available at this time.


2. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are processed within 2-5 business days after payment confirmation.

  • During high-demand periods (sales, festive seasons), processing times may be slightly longer.


3. Delivery Timeframe

  •  Orders will be delivered within 4- 7 days from the date of dispatch. this may vary if there is any unforeseen circumstances such as weather, strikes, or courier delays.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.
  • Any additional taxes or duties imposed by the state will be the customer's responsibility.


5. Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments

  • If your package is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact our support team at [your email/contact info].
  • If your order is lost in transit, we will work with the courier partner to resolve the issue.


7. No Cash on Delivery (COD) 

  • Currently, we do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). All orders must be prepaid.


8. Address & Delivery Issues

  • Customers must provide an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.
  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, re-shipping charges will apply.
