  • Custom or personalized pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • If approved, we will offer a replacement (if stock is available) or issue a refund. 

Refunds

  • Refunds are only provided for defective or incorrect items.
  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be canceled once placed, as they are processed immediately.

  • Stainless steel is highly durable and resistant to tarnish. However, minor scratches over time are natural and not considered defects.
  • Avoid exposure to harsh chemicals, perfumes, or prolonged water contact to maintain your jewelry’s shine.
